Progress continues to move quickly at The Bali House, and this custom home is already beginning to take shape. Since our last update, the structure has risen another level as the team continues building the exterior block walls.

Exciting progress is underway at the Axiom Project as the Talica Design | Build team reaches another major construction milestone. Today, crews were on site pouring the concrete slab that will serve as the foundation for this future custom home. Using a concrete pumping truck and working with precision throughout the day, the team carefully placed and finished concrete while coordinating every step of the process. A slab pour is one of the most important stages of any build.

This week, the team at Talica Design | Build kicked off the foundation for a brand-new custom home project we’re calling The Bali House. As the sun rose over St. Petersburg, Florida, our crew was already hard at work preparing for one of the most exciting milestones in any build: the concrete slab pour.
