we’re proud to officially kick off our newest coastal luxury home project: The Treasure Lane Project on beautiful Treasure Island.
Today marked a major milestone as crews began installing wood pilings, laying the critical foundation support system for this brand-new waterfront spec home. Before the walls go up and the finishes come to life, every successful coastal build starts below the surface, and that’s exactly where the hard work begins.
Building From the Ground Up on Treasure Island
Constructing a custom home in a coastal environment requires precision, planning, and the right structural approach. Wood pilings are an essential part of many waterfront and island home builds throughout Florida, helping create a stable and secure foundation capable of supporting the structure for years to come.
With heavy equipment on site and crews working efficiently throughout the day, the first phase of The Treasure Lane Project is officially underway. These early stages may not always showcase the finished luxury aesthetic yet, but they are some of the most important steps in the entire construction process.
