Exciting progress continues at the APeX center as we prepare for one of the biggest milestones of the project so far.
The latest aerial drone photos showcase the job site fully prepared and ready for the upcoming concrete slab pour. After weeks of planning, groundwork, utility coordination, and site preparation, everything is in place for an early morning start.
The concrete pour is scheduled to begin at 3:00 AM, with crews arriving well before sunrise to tackle the large-scale operation. Once complete, more than 10,000 square feet of concrete slab will be in place, creating the foundation floor that will support the future APeX center.
From above, the drone images provide a unique perspective of the project's progress and highlight the scale of the work being performed. It's always exciting to see a project reach this stage, where months of preparation begin transforming into visible structures.
At Talica Design | Build, we take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, careful planning, and efficient execution throughout every phase of construction. This slab pour represents another major step forward as the APeX Center continues to take shape.
Be sure to follow along as we document the progress of this exciting project from the ground up. We look forward to sharing aerial footage and construction updates as the building continues to rise.
