PYCC Wellness Center Project Update: Major Progress on Site & Footers

Progress is moving quickly at the PYCC Wellness Center project, and a lot has been accomplished since the groundbreaking.

Major Site Work Completed

Following the initial kickoff, Talica Design | Build has completed extensive ground clearing, transforming the site and preparing it for construction. This phase is critical in setting up proper grading, drainage, and a stable base for the build ahead.

The transformation from raw land to a construction-ready site is already a huge step forward in bringing this project to life.

Footers Dug & Foundation Taking Shape

One of the biggest milestones so far — the footers have officially been dug.

Footers are a key structural component of any build, supporting the foundation and ensuring long-term stability. With this phase completed, you can now begin to see the footprint and layout of the future PYCC Wellness Center taking shape on-site.

This marks a major transition from preparation into true structural progress.

What’s Next

With the site cleared and footers in place, the next phases of construction will begin to build upward from the foundation. Each step moving forward brings us closer to delivering a finished wellness center that will serve the community for years to come.
