At Talica Design | Build, progress is moving full speed ahead on the PYCC Wellness Center, and today marked a major milestone in the construction process.
We’ve officially completed the footer concrete pour, laying the critical foundation that will support the entire structure of this new wellness facility.
A Big Day on Site
Today was one of the busiest days on-site so far. From early morning, crews were hard at work coordinating the footer pour with precision and efficiency. Multiple concrete trucks were in rotation, ensuring a steady and continuous flow of material to keep the process smooth and on schedule.
This stage of construction is crucial. The footers are designed to distribute the building’s load evenly, providing long-term structural stability. Every measurement, depth, and placement must be exact, and our team delivered.
Precision Meets Progress
Before the pour began, all groundwork and excavation had been carefully completed. Once everything was inspected and approved, the team moved forward with placing and pouring the concrete.
