Florafête Is Blooming in Downtown St. Pete | New Boutique Build-Out Begins

Something exciting is beginning to bloom in Downtown St. Petersburg!

Talica Design | Build is excited to officially kick off a brand-new commercial build-out for Florafête, a beautiful new flower boutique coming soon to the heart of downtown St. Pete.

Demo Is Almost Complete.

Every transformation starts by making room for something new, and right now our team is wrapping up the demolition phase inside the future Florafête space.

The existing interior is being cleared and prepared for the next stages of construction. Once demolition is complete, the real transformation begins as we start turning the space into the fresh, inviting boutique Florafête has envisioned.

From demolition and construction to finishes and final details, each stage brings the concept one step closer to opening day.

Downtown St. Petersburg continues to grow with unique local businesses, restaurants, boutiques, and creative spaces, and we're excited to help bring another one to life.

There is still plenty of work ahead, but demo is almost finished and the Florafête transformation is officially underway!
