Every great build starts with a vision, and sometimes, that means starting from the ground up.
At Talica Design | Build, we’ve officially kicked off our newest project: The Breakwater Build. This coastal-inspired custom home is set to become something special, but before we can bring that vision to life, we had to take things all the way back to zero.
Full Demolition Underway
The existing structure on-site has officially come down as we began the full demolition process. This wasn’t just a light teardown, this was a complete removal of the previous home to make way for a brand-new, modern coastal build.
From structural dismantling to clearing debris and preparing the lot, every step is handled with precision to ensure the site is fully ready for construction.
This phase is critical. Proper demolition and site prep set the foundation, literally and strategically, for everything that follows.
Preparing for What’s Next
With demolition now in motion, the property is being prepped for the next phase of construction. Our team is focused on ensuring the site is clean, level, and ready for the upcoming build process.
The Breakwater Build will feature a thoughtfully designed layout, combining modern architecture with coastal influences, built with durability, function, and aesthetics in mind.
