This project officially kicked off with a groundbreaking ceremony at Pasadena Yacht & Country Club, celebrating the start of a major transformation that’s set to redefine luxury living, wellness, and recreation in Gulfport.

At Pasadena Yacht & Country Club, a major transformation is officially underway. Known as one of the most prestigious private clubs in the area, the property at 6300 Pasadena Point Blvd. is stepping into the future with an ambitious $18 million renovation and expansion project that blends luxury, performance, and longevity-focused wellness.

Elevating the Entire Club Experience
This isn’t just a facelift, it’s a full-scale upgrade designed to redefine what a private club can offer.
The renovation includes:
A reimagined golf course that enhances both playability and aesthetics
New floating docks at the marina, bringing a modern edge to waterfront access
A state-of-the-art 14,000-square-foot wellness center focused on health, recovery, and performance
Every detail is being thoughtfully designed to create a seamless blend of lifestyle, recreation, and long-term well-being.
A Wellness Center Built for Longevity
The centerpiece of this transformation is the brand-new wellness facility—something truly unique for a private club setting.
This longevity-focused wellness center will be staffed by:
Physicians
Physical therapists
Personal trainers
It’s designed to go beyond traditional fitness, offering a full-circle approach to health, recovery, and performance.
Inside, members will have access to a golf performance center complete with simulators, allowing players to train, analyze, and elevate their game year-round.
