At Talica Design | Build, progress is moving full speed ahead on the PYCC Wellness Center, and today marked a major milestone in the construction process. We’ve officially completed the footer concrete pour, laying the critical foundation that will support the entire structure of this new wellness facility. A Big Day on Site Today was one of the busiest days on-site so far. From early morning, crews were hard at work coordinating the footer pour with precision and efficiency.
