I was referred to Talica after the contractor that I hired wouldn’t show up to finish my condo. I was living in an Airbnb and something needed to happen quickly. Talica showed up, provided a fair price and gave me a beautiful place to live in short order. Kinte was my project manager.

Morning, noon or night he would return my call or text. Always kept me up-to-speed on my project. Both Sam and Kinte made commitments and then lived up to them. The condo that I live in as many requirements and restrictions. All of Talica’s staff and subcontractors were extremely respectful. We were super happy with the daily cleanup.

The craftsmanship was great, and the one time it wasn’t, Talica showed up (without me even noticing) and read the riot act to their painting subcontractor. After that, the paint was perfect. I paid a fair price for great work. Happy customer!

I’ve already recommended Talica to two friends, and likely many more to follow.

Very pleasurable experience working with Sam. Work was completed as quoted. Sam was quick to answer any questions and was easy to reach via phone, text or email. Sam has been quick to offer suggestions and answer questions we had about other projects that Talica was not involved with,even after our project with Talica has been completed.

They kept us up to date on project status. All staff were professional and friendly. Our house was always kept clean during kitchen remodel. Our kitchen remodel was extensive and we are extremely happy with the completed project.

Would not hesitate to recommend Talica to friends and to use Talica for future projects.
